Imagine arriving in a strange place without your personal belongings. What if you get sick, or are involved in an accident in a foreign country. Are you covered for your next trip?
Your policy includes an emergency medical and travel assistance service. This provides 24-hour multi-lingual service, telephone medical advice, referral to doctors, hospitals and dentists world wide, lost luggage assistance, emergency travel agent assistance, legal referral, pre-trip information services, embassy referral, interpreter and general travel information.
If you unexpectedly fall sick or are injured while travelling, travel insurance can cover your medical costs, subject to an excess and help you get back on your feet. SecureTM Travel Insurance also provides a cash benefit without any excess if you end up in hospital for more than 48 hours. If you want to cover a pre-existing medical condition you will need to apply for specially extended cover.
