CAPE Credit Union offers two ways to apply for membership.

• Branch
• Mail

Coming into one of our branches?

Becoming a Member is easy. Simply download and print the membership application form/s then return the completed form/s to us by dropping into a branch. Alternatively, bring the form/s with you and we will help you fill them out. You must ensure you have the originals or sufficient copies of your I.D. certified by someone on our list with your membership application.
